Tournament Information

We’re excited to present the 1st Annual Squirrel Hill Open on Saturday, October 11th, 2025! This is an unsanctioned ”C-Tier” level singles disc golf tournament featuring 2 rounds of play for all divisions and is open to players of all ages and abilities. Awards, raffles, CTP (closest to pin) prize for each division, food, and more!

Registration

Registration open: Tuesday, July 1st at 6:00 pm (CDT) to Friday, October 10th at 6:00 pm (CDT)

$5 of registration (Greens Fee) goes back to support the Minocqua Winter Park Foundation and the Squirrel Hill Disc Golf Course.

The first 55 Amateur players will receive a custom stamped disc designed by Tim Zeszutek.

Optional $5 ace pool.

Layouts

MPO, FPO, MA1 and FA1-play first round to long (orange) baskets and second round to short (blue). All other divisions play to short (blue) baskets both rounds. 

Junior divisions play from purple tee pads to short (blue) baskets on both rounds.

Schedule

Saturday, October 11th, 2025

7:00 am – Park Opens. Tournament will begin and end at the main Chalet and parking lot.

8:30 am – Players Meeting inside Chalet

9:00 am – Shotgun Start

11:00 am (approx.) Lunch Available inside Chalet

1:00 pm (or 1 hour after last card in) – Second Round Starts

4:00 pm (approx.) – Awards Announced

4:15 pm (approx.) Raffles

6:00 pm – Park Closes

Sandy Point Resort and Disc Golf Ranch will be the on site vendor fully stocked with all the goods!

Awards

Trophies will be awarded to 1st place finishers in all divisions.

Pro divisions payout: Cash payout (check) to the top 40% 

Amateur/Junior divisions payout: Vendor vouchers to the top 45%

Each division will also have a CTP (closest to pin) prize. The CTP will stand for both rounds. 

Ace Pool – if no Aces are hit, the money will be donated to the Minocqua Winter Park Foundation to benefit the Squirrel Hill Disc Golf Course.
