Looking for a way to give back to the community? We have projects for everyone!
Want to help an organization whose community brings access to trails, programing, events and races to the Lakeland area? Helping at the park is fun and opportunities exist year round.
Volunteer Days: Sept 19 • Oct 17 • Nov 7 ; 10 AM–2 PMMeet at the grooming shed, on the left side of the inner road. We’ll provide water, snacks, and pizza at noon. Please bring sturdy work gloves and trail tools if you have them. For skating pond work, rubber or sturdy high-ankle boots are recommended.
🎿 Volunteer for four hours and receive a complimentary day pass for skiing, snowshoeing, or tubing!

2026 Volunteer Workdays
Whether you ski, hike, run, bike, race, or simply enjoy attend programs at the park, it is made possible by the legacy of volunteerism and philanthropy within the cross country skiing and Lakeland communities. Come out and become a part of the legacy.
Most volunteer opportunities require little experience or can be learned with minimal training. Minocqua Winter Park volunteer opportunities can be personalized around your strengths and interests. Learn new skills, give back to the community, and meet fun people!
