Cross Country Skiing

The park’s glaciated terrain provides a wide range of beginner to expert level ski options on 86 km of world-class groomed ski trails. There's really something here for everyone!

Our trail system is groomed for both skate and classic skiing and includes 15 km of single-track classic only trails that offers a more intimate old-school ski experience. 

Want to ski with your pup? We have a 6.6 km ski-jor route that you can take harnessed dogs on. Please pick up after your pets. There is a dog waste disposal station at the back of the parking lot near Silver Strider. 

Enjoy the beauty of the Northwoods as you glide beneath a canopy of snow-laden trees, visit the crackling trailside fires, and explore the far-reaches of this 6,500 acre winter wonderland! We take great pride in bringing you the best conditions possible with whatever Mother Nature gives us.
