Winter Park Events

INGA-LAMI Northwoods: Skiing For A Cause is a fun Outdoor Winter Women's event.  This year the focus is on providing a safe and supportive environment for women of all ages to participate in cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Nordic walking and possibly ice skating tours.   Leaders will be available for basic instruction and to acquaint participants with the facilities at Minocqua Winter Park.  Participants are encouraged to wear traditional Norwegian ski gear.  (long skirt and Norwegian sweater)  Proceeds from fundraising will benefit Minocqua Winter Park Women's Initiatives, Girls on the Run, and a Fund for Single Mothers at Lakeland Food Pantry.
8:30 -10:00 a.m Registration, 10:00 a.m Yoga with outdoor activities to follow.
