Join Naturalist, Annie McDonnell, for a fun program for the whole family. We will discuss the animals of the Northwoods, their interesting adaptations, how to track them in winter, and maybe a fun tracking game too!
This program will be held on the Minocqua Winter Park snowshoe trails.
Snowshoes may be rented from the ski shop (356-1099). The pace will be
moderate for a maximum of 3 miles. Space is limited. Please pre-register by Thursday, February 13th, by calling 715-356-3309. Registration fee is $10.
February 16th 5 to 7pm.
Candlelight Ski at Minocqua Winter Park from 5 to 7 pm. $5/person, headlamps recommended.

Northwoods Winter Ecology
Winter in the Northwoods is a unique and special experience! Spend the
evening with Naturalist Annie McDonnell learning about the incredible
adaptations of plants and animals that enable them to survive in this harsh
environment. This program will be indoors at the MWP chalet. This program is
lecture/discussion based, better for adult audience. Registration fee is $5.
