Trail Yoga Today!

Relax, stretch and ease your aching muscles along the Nature Trail.

While you are skiing try eight simple poses posted along the trail, take a moment to breathe deep and listen to the sounds around you. Finish up with two more poses posted in the chalet.

Shelter Activity: Campfire Treats
Stop in, warm up by the fire and test your nature knowledge. The shelter is always available for anyone to use – bring a picnic lunch, watch the birds, share trail encounters, enter a thought in our journal….Enjoy!
